Leave it up to Texas Motor Speedway and Levy Restaurants to roll out something cool for racing foodie!

The latest creation from Levy Restaurants Executive Chef Lincoln Engstrom's is being rolled out for the O'Reilly Auto Parts 500 weekend. Get ready for the Hawg Heaven Burro Grande! Hat's off to Chef Engstrom and Texas Motor Speedway!

The Hawg Heaven Burro Grande

The Hawg Heaven Burro Grande is an oversized burrito that combines a whole bunch of pork carnitas crisped with pecan wood smoked shoulder bacon! Next, add in some tomato cilantro rice and bacon and jalapeno-studded ranch beans. Then for good measure they add queso, pickled red onion, and Fritos for crunch. It's rolled and folded and topped off with bacon avocado crema and some tangy sriracha aioli.

"The Hawg Heaven line of concession items continue to grow in popularity every race weekend," Engstrom said. "This burro grande is a meal all by itself and I'm sure race fans will enjoy it during the weekend."

The Hawg Heaven concession line kicked off with the Hawg Heaven Bacon Cotton Candy in 2013. Since then featured items include:

  • The Shake 'n Bacon Brew bacon-infused beer milkshake
  • Bacon Nachos
  • Queso Wings
  • Double Barrel Dawg
  • The Final Rocky Road-eo ice cream sundae honoring Jeff Gordon's final season in 2015
  • The BBQ Melt
  • The Ranchero Dawg
  • The Three Little Pigs at last November's race weekend.

The specialty concession item is only available at concession stand 405 inside Gate 4. Priced at only $11, it will be on sale during the NASCAR doubleheader weekend that features the NASCAR XFINITY Series My Bariatric Solutions 500 on Saturday, April 8.
